About Russell Voegtlen
Russel “Barney” Voegtlen joined PCHS in 2023, who worked as the Medical Director for North Kitsap Medical Center to 1991 and as a Medical Director for Kitsap Children’s Clinic to 2023. He graduated from Swarthmore College and the University of Cincinnati from their School of Medicine. His colleagues would describe him as reliable, and he is driven to provide accessibility to his patients, and they appreciate his ability to be available to their health care needs. He supports causes such as Center for Child and Youth Justice and is a board member of their cause.
