Join the PCHS Family!

At Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS), we are always looking for great Medical, Dental, Pharmacy (PharmD), and Behavioral Health Providers, in addition to Medical and Dental Assistants.

PCHS was founded in 1987 as a community clinic in downtown Bremerton and became a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in 1993. Our health services include primary medical, dental, behavioral health counseling, substance abuse treatment, pharmacy services, and health education for all stages of life. Services are provided to all patients, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Patients may qualify for a sliding fee discount based on their household income and family size.

Peninsula Community Health Services has medical and dental clinics located throughout Kitsap, Mason, and rural Pierce county in the Puget Sound area of Western Washington (about thirty minutes west of Seattle by ferry). Our team of 350 employees serve over 40,000 patients throughout this region. As the only community health center in Kitsap, Mason, and rural Pierce county, PCHS has experienced considerable growth in the last several years. We’ve even incorporated mobile treatment services for primary medical, dental, and behavioral health, in order to reach patients where they are in the community.

Our staff continues to grow in size, and we would love for you to join our family of committed and compassionate team members. To join our exceptional team of patient care professionals, please submit your CV or resume to us in a PDF, RTF, or Word format.
