Mobile Locations

The PCHS Mobile Healthcare fleet connect our team with patients who have barriers to care. Our primary mission is to improve access to high quality services. We are often able to address problems right on the spot, but also have the broader PCHS system to support those with more complex needs. Each mobile clinic is staffed by certified professionals with the latest in medical and dental equipment.

Appointments are encouraged.
Walk-ins are welcome

Our program has a wide range of community partners including libraries, schools, churches, foodbanks, transportation agencies and various housing centers. We collaborate with EMS and hospital systems serving patients needing more individualized care. We have operated community-wide testing and vaccination efforts and have cared for smaller groups with unique needs. We provide collaborative care and logistical coordination for those who struggle with the complexities of traditional healthcare.

If your organization has a barrier, we might be able to help with, please email marketing@pchsweb.orgbut DO NOT include patient-specific info.
