​Goal

The Quick Response Team (QRT) supports those in Mason County looking for hope and recovery. QRT services individuals who are struggling with substance use disorder (SUD) in addition to providing support and education to their loved ones. They strive to meet patients where they are geographically and emotionally and work collaboratively to break down barriers to care. Empowered with a wide range of services, they help with prevention, education, encouragement, assessments, counseling, and care coordination.

The Team

The “Quick Response Team” consists of PCHS Substance Use Disorder Provider (SUDP), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Community Health Workers (CHW) / Peer support. They partner with Mason County Fire Departments, Public Health professionals, and other community agencies to identify and serve Mason County residents with SUD needs.

Purpose

The Quick Response Team (QRT) are mobile, discrete, healthcare professionals who visit on-site to assist with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) counseling, assessments, education, support, and connections to recovery resources.
