Oak House

Oak House is a PCHS-operated duplex located in Port Orchard that provides supportive housing for justice-involved individuals reentering the community. The program is designed to promote stability and successful reentry during this critical transition period.

Residents receive coordinated support services through PCHS, including access to integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and support services.
