About Shannon Cantrell

Joining PCHS in 2023, Shannon is driven by her integrity, kindness, and honesty. Her patients appreciate her person-centered and trauma informed care style of practice and her colleagues would describe her as helpful, knowledgeable, and detailed oriented. Three words in which she would describe herself are tenacious, funny, and creative, with her personal motto being “Be who you needed when you were younger”.

When she is not at work, Shannon enjoys painting, arts & crafts, spending time with her children, and traveling. If she could be anywhere other than here, she would be on the beach and she is happiest she is with her children creating art. Some causes she cares about are women’s rights and the LGBTQ+ Community, and some of her daily habits are doing a daily gratitude list and some self-care, doing at least one she loves to do every day.
