Jennifer Kreidler-Moss, PharmD,Chief Executive Officer

  • Gender: Female

About Jennifer Kreidler-Moss

Jennifer Kreidler-Moss was introduced to community health services as a pharmacy intern from the University of Washington (go Huskies!) and then joined PCHS as a pharmacist in 2003.  Her first accomplishments included the conversion work from a dispensary model to the fully integrated and licensed retail pharmacy system that continues to grow today.  In 2012, she was recognized with the Innovative Pharmacy Practice award by the Washington State Pharmacy Association. Her pioneering spirit served PCHS well in her tenure as Pharmacy Director (2007) and Chief Operating Officer (2013). Recognizing Jennifer’s energy, passion, and seemingly limitless capacity for PCHS, the Board of Directors appointed her Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2015.

Under Jennifer’s guidance as CEO, PCHS has grown widely in its role as a community-based integrated primary care model: expanding to mobile services to overcome access barriers as well as implementing community and social services programs to support patients and their families. Jennifer thrives on creative changes to stretch office-based healthcare delivery norms and is widely known as a strong advocate for patient care - for everyone in every community.

Although her childhood dreams to become an oceanographer didn’t turn out due to an inability to get over seasickness, we think our little corner of the Northwest is a better healthcare place with her career change. At the same time, our leadership team is thankful every time she comes back from her latest travel adventure and doesn’t say “I have an idea about what we can do next…..”
