About Jennifer Kreidler-Moss

Dr. Jennifer Kreidler-Moss has served as the Chief Executive Officer for Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) since 2015. Jennifer began her career at PCHS as a pharmacist in 2003, later serving as Pharmacy Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO). As PCHS’ first Clinical Pharmacist, Jennifer has overseen huge growth in the pharmacy program and was named the 2012 Innovative Pharmacist of the Year by the Washington State Pharmacy Association. Jennifer believes in an integrated care model that focuses on treating the whole person. Core to this model is the incorporation of the mental health and substance abuse treatment in the primary care arena.

A direct and straightforward communicator, Jennifer is known for being a strong advocate for patient care and thrives on innovative changes in office-based healthcare delivery. Her hands-on, no-nonsense approach motivates those around her to continually strive towards the big picture: providing healthcare and improving the health of all members of our community.
