About Jackielyn Jones

Jackie joined PCHS in 2019. She was born in Adak, Alaska and was raised in a military family until she settled in Kitsap County in 1990. She is dedicated and compassionate as a school-based health clinic mental health counselor. She is committed to nurturing the emotional well-being of students. She utilizes her expertise to provide a safe and supportive space for students to navigate the challenges of the phases and changes of adolescence. Her empathetic approach fosters trust, allowing students to address their concerns and develop essential coping skills. Collaborating with parents, counselors, and educators, she promotes a holistic approach to her patients’ success. She is passionate about fostering resilience, emotional growth, and academic achievement, ensuring that patients thrive in a nurturing environment under her care.

When she isn’t working, Jackie likes to go traveling, paddle boarding, and spending time with her family, watching her kids compete in sports. When she was ten years old, she wanted to be a doctor when she grew up.
