About Irma Davison

Irma joined PCHS in 2026 with a broad background in health care spanning five decades as an RN & ARNP. She is known for her patient centered holistic approach and helps to guide a healthy lifestyle with a preventative focus. For those with chronic illness, Irma’s experience in Hospice and Palliative Care provide added symptom management approaches to enhance quality of life. A key element of Irma’s care is getting to know her patients and listening to their concerns and desires. She believes that quality health care outcomes occur when the patient and provider work hard together. She is a dedicated and compassionate health partner who believes everyone deserves quality care. Irma’s lifelong work provides immeasurable meaning and purpose. Her motto is “Keep doing what you love”.

Outside of work, Irma enjoys warm sunny days out in our beautiful Pacific Northwest, camping, road trips to the mountains and coast, time with family and friends, and cooking up new and old favorite recipes to share.
