About This Location
Located in Bremerton at 810 6th Street, the Peninsula Community Health Services Medical Respite Center provides short-term recuperative care for individuals experiencing homelessness who are not sick enough to remain hospitalized but need a safe place to heal.
The center features 22 private patient rooms and onsite medical and behavioral health clinics, providing access to medical care, behavioral health services, medication management, nutrition support, and care coordination. Patients receive individualized support from a dedicated team focused on recovery, stability, and successful transitions to ongoing care and community resources.

Additional Information
Arriving at the Medical Respite Center: The main entrance to the facility is located on the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way (MLK) side of the building. Patients, visitors, and community partners should use this entrance when arriving for appointments, admissions, or other services.
