Poulsbo Clinic is moving to a new location! Starting in early June, we will be opening the doors to our new Powder Hill Clinic. We will continue providing medical, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, along with additional services such as transportation, navigator support, and language assistance.
Flu vaccines are available only until June 30th, 2025 for ALL patients, ages 6mo+. High Dose flu is available for patients over 65 years old. Patients can schedule appointments or walk-in for vaccine.
