About Sonya Douglas

Dr. Sonya Maria Douglas is a compassionate general dentist committed to community health and comprehensive family dentistry. Originally hailing from the east coast, Dr. Douglas attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She chose to pursue additional training in general dentistry through NYU Langone Health and completed her residency with PCHS in Bremerton, WA. Dr. Douglas loves working with , and she is dedicated to helping anxious patients feel comfortable receiving care. Dr. Douglas emphasizes a judgement-free approach and is passionate about helping patients access and understand the care they need, such that all patients feel heard and confident while in her dental chair.

Outside of clinic, Dr. Douglas sings in a Sweet Adelines chorus and loves exploring the beauty of the pacific northwest's great outdoors. She has three black cats and is a proud Washington State Ferry enthusiast.
