Rachel Mae Michaels joined PCHS in 2017 and has built a distinguished career supporting patients and advancing the organization's mission across multiple roles. Her broad experience has given her deep insight into the patient journey and the critical importance of accessible, coordinated care.

As Clinical Impact Manager, Rachel leads and supervises a diverse team, drawing on her strong interpersonal and organizational skills to drive results and foster an inclusive, high-performing work environment. She is passionate about improving healthcare access and advancing initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and the overall care experience, believing firmly that quality healthcare is a right, not a privilege.

Rachel holds an Associate's degree and is a full-time student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Services, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional growth and excellence in healthcare leadership.

Outside of work, Rachel cherishes time with her family and friends, whether it's traveling, camping or exploring the outdoors together
