About Lisa Cruz

Lisa Cruz joined PCHS in 2022, and her patients love her for being straightforward and always being on their side, she values personal growth and autonomy. She believes it is important to play to your strengths and work on personal empowerment to manage life and progress towards goals. Lisa is passionate about women’s issues and practices cognitive behavioral therapy which addresses the thoughts and beliefs that we have at the root of human suffering. Her philosophy is that the partnership between patients and providers is to allow each other to become aware of your individual needs and to help you make informed choices about your health. Lisa has lived most of her life in Kitsap County and she’s excited to give a helping hand to those in her community.

During her off time, Lisa enjoys many northwest outdoor activities, cooking, gardening, and reading.
