Elizabeth “Liz” Jones is a dedicated Housing Coordinator with over six years of experience in property management and housing services. Since stepping into the Housing Coordinator role in February, Liz has successfully leveraged her extensive property management background to support individuals and families in achieving stable, safe, and sustainable housing.

In her current role, Liz oversees several housing programs, including Workforce Housing for employees and providers, Permanent Supportive Housing, Justice-Involved Housing, Respite Housing, and Case Management services. She works closely with clients, healthcare providers, community partners, and local organizations to connect individuals with housing resources and supportive services that promote long-term stability and success.

Throughout her career, Liz has been passionate about helping those in need and has assisted numerous families and individuals in securing housing during challenging times. Her commitment to serving vulnerable populations is driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact in her community and improve the lives of others through housing support, advocacy, and compassionate service.
