About Peninsula Community Health Services

Proudly Serving Patients in Kitsap, Mason and rural Pierce Counties & Beyond

Peninsula Community Health Services was founded in 1987 as a community clinic in downtown Bremerton and became a federally qualified health center (FQHC) in 1995. PCHS includes primary medical, dental, behavioral health counseling, substance use treatment, pharmacy services, and health education and promotion activities for all stages of life.

Services are provided to all patients regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. PCHS patients may qualify for a sliding fee discount based on their household income and family size. PCHS delivers a comprehensive and integrated approach to health care services and has many sites accredited as a Patient-Centered Medical and Dental Home by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
