Dr. Dhawan came to PCHS in June 2006 after completing his residency at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Reading, PA. Originally from Ludhiana - a city of approximately 1.4 million people in the state of Punjab in India - Dr. Dhawan is an active member of the Community Health Plan Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
Dr. Dhawan enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and reading, especially the latest edition of the New England Journal of Medicine. He says he likes to listen to Old Indian classical music in his spare time and that Braveheart is his favorite movie.
