 Medical Services

During 2006, PCHS provided 53,464 medical encounters for its clinic patients. PCHS is proud to offer these services on a sliding scale fee basis. We provide primary medical services for families that include prevention; the diagnosis and treatment of acute, episodic and chronic illnesses. Services include:

  • 24-hour on-call care
  • routine physicals
  • immunizations and flu shots
  • minor surgery
  • newborn and well child care
  • women's breast and cervical health care
  • family planning and pregnancy testing
  • chronic disease care
  • cancer screening
  • on-site pharmacy services
  • health education and information

We also offer referral services for specialty care!

We have medical facilities in Bremerton, Port Orchard and Poulsbo. Evening and weekend walk-in services are available for established PCHS patients at our Bremerton Clinic. All other locations and times require an appointment.
