Open enrollment for Basic Health begins Oct. 8


Community Health Plan's open enrollment period for Basic Health begins on Oct. 8 and runs through Nov. 2. Individuals and families who wish to enroll in the plan should contact Community Health Plan for more information. This is also the time for current Basic Health members to make changes in their coverage without penalties.

Open enrollment for Community HealthFirst begins Oct. 10


Community Health Plan's open enrollment period of Community HealthFirst begins on Oct. 10. Community HealthFirst are Medicare Advantage plans, which provide additional coverage for prescription medications, offered by Community Health Plan .

If you are a senior in need of Medicare assistance and would like to discuss your options call 1-800-944-1247 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. PDT.
