 Human Resources Committee

The Human Resources Committee establishes, reviews and revises personnel policies on a continuing basis. The committee also reviews human resources activities and formulates the plan and processes for the Executive Committee to use in hiring, terminating, evaluating and assuring succession for the CEO. Recommendations may also be made to the Board pertaining to all human resource compliance programs including but not limited to credentialing, training, labor management, performance appraisal and recognition.
