Executive Committee

The Executive Committee serves as the steering committee for the board of directors. As such, the Executive Committee may perform the duties of the board in the event of an emergency. The committee has no power other than

emergency action or other powers as delegated by the full board and will present such actions to the board for ratification at the next meeting. The Executive Committee is charged to do the will of the board, not set direction for or make new policy for the board.
