 Community Health Plan - of Washington

Community Health Plan is a nonprofit, Washington State Basic Health managed care insurance provider that serves Washington State community health center patients. It offers affordable insurance options through public programs that are directly contracted with the State.

Various insurance plans includes:

     PEBB - Public Employees Benefits Board
     Healthy Options - Washington's Medicaid program
     Basic Health - Available coverage for any qualifying resident
     CHIP - Children's Health Insurance Plan for children 0-19
     GA-U - General Assistance Unemployable, which is a disability program
